Assistance services in your household

As a member of the AXA Club, you qualify for the free provision of assistance services in your household to the total value of CZK 49,000 per year:

• Repair of the cause of accidents in your household by an attested tradesman (e.g. burst heating pipes, broken window, clogged chimney).
• Professional locksmith.
• Alternative accommodation following an accident in your household.
• Legal advice in neighbourhood disputes and liability for damage

How do the household assistance services work?

• If necessary, call the telephone number 14 292
• Tell the operator the number of your AXA Club credit card and describe your request.
• The assistance service will provide a solution and reimburse the cost up to the amounts shown in the!@! attached table

Travel insurance AXA Club Travel

Annual travel insurance with effect from the date of its conclusion is intended for holders of AXA credit cards during repeated tourist and business trips outside of the Czech Republic.

Complet option

Enjoy a carefree holiday with your family at any location in the world:

• insurance of the whole family of the AXA card holder (spouse and children under 21 years of age),
• for an advantageous price of CZK 480 per year,
• with a limit of insurance for medical expenses in case of an accident or illness of CZK 2,500,000,
• insurance coverage anywhere in the world.

The insurance also covers liability for damage, lost luggage, flight delays, trip cancellation, unused holiday and legal assistance. Accident insurance is also included.

Basic option

You can also choose the Basic option, which provides you as a card holder with insurance protection:

• when travelling across Europe, Turkey, Israel, Tunisia, the Canary Islands and Egypt,
• for the exceptional price of CZK 300,
• with a limit of insurance against accident or illness of CZK 700,000.

The insurance is active for one year from the date of its conclusion and provides the client abroad with assistance services 24 hours per day via the telephone number +420 292 292 292.

Insurance on the AXA card can be arranged by phone at 800 122 221 (UniCredit Bank Customer Line) or in writing upon requesting the AXA card.

will ensure the settlement of the credit limit drawn from your card in the case of a tragic event.

Tragic event means death due to accident or permanent damage. An annual fee of 0.9 % of your credit limit will provide indemnity up to the amount of the credit drawn. An extract from the insurance contract can be found here.
